About the Website

This website was developed and is operated by Ken Kho, a (California) licensed real estate practitioner and loan specialist affiliated with Home Funders Real Estate/Financial Services of Newark, CA. Ken is also a Realtor® and a member of the BayEast MLS Board. Ken's objective with this website is to have a means of reaching out to the Net-savvy homeowners and prospective homeowners who need assistance in the mortgage process.

Before Ken decided to make real estate and loans his vocation instead of avocation, he was in the Internet business... hosting websites, virtual servers and actual servers, designing websites and developing database-driven web-based applications, and running Net-based marketing campaigns. Well, hopefully, Ken is able to leverage his Internet knowhow and make this website an effective marketing tool for his real estate and mortgage business. If you do come across this website while you are reseaching on your mortgage needs, let Ken know he still knows a thing or two about Internet marketing :-)

Now, let's focus on the important subject matter... your mortgage needs. Ken has spent countless hours (and continues to do so) learning about the mortgage industry and the various loan programs available for different borrower conditions. If you think your loan is a difficult one, Ken would love the challenge of helping you secure the loan that is fit for your needs, at the best rate and price for your given condition. Give Ken a call at 510-396-5408, or if you wish to e-mail, here is the link.

There is a very wide spectrum of borrowers, with very different needs and questions:

  • Home buyer wanting to buy a house with 100% financing
  • Homeowner with a current mortgage and wondering if refinancing is prudent or even possible
  • Homeowner with 2 mortgages and wondering if either or both of the two mortgages should be refinanced individually or if the two should be combined
  • Homeowner deciding between getting a home equity line of credit or doing a refi
  • Home buyer wondering if paying cash now and refinancing later is the right move
  • Home buyer has poor credit and wants to know the possibility of buying a house
  • There are of course many more borrower scenarios and Ken and his colleagues at American Tree Lending look forward to servicing your mortgage needs.
